The cards you see here were originally released as 'Coach Cards' by Thomas Leonard, founder of the International Coach Federation, The International Association of Coaching, Coach U and CoachVille.com. Thomas seemed to have a lot of fun with the cards project. Even people who used the cards a long time ago may be surprised to know Thomas personally completed all 100+ of the cards you see here. Just 6 months before the cards were launched, he had formed Coachville, an online coaching organization which grew to 39,000 members while he was alive. In the middle of a lot of non-stop activity, Thomas chose and cropped photos for each card, selected an arty border for some, and then of course wrote the accompanying phrases. In my opinion, the Coach Cards project captures three of the strongest characteristics of Thomas Leonard's life:
I hope you will be as happy I am to be re-releasing the full set of Coach Cards here, exactly as Thomas originally created them, but on a new more modern delivery platform. There's no charge to use the cards, and I am committed to keeping the site free of third-party advertising. Brief account information is collected so we can prevent abuse of the site, respond effectively to any difficulties that crop up, and keep in touch with you. If you'd like to support the site, I invite you to peruse the for-sale offerings coming soon which will showcase Thomas' work in print, audio, gift and other format. Last but not least, in the bigger picture, the Thomas Cards project, as we're now calling it, is just one of a compelling series of projects being resurrected and/or completed so more people can enjoy and benefit from Thomas' life work.
